We all care about the environment. That’s why all Accurpress Absolute Press Brakes are fitted with our Green Energy Technology. This system continuously monitors pump speed to match required oil flow, dramatically reducing power consumption, noise levels, heat generation and oil quantity whilst increasing operating speeds, service intervals and oil life. Power consumption can be as low as 15% of that of a standard press brake of equivalent specifications.

Safety

Accurpress Australia draws on decades of experience in safety systems and press brake control to provide the highest levels of safety, with no reduction in productivity. Our safety controls have redundant monitored systems to ensure that an unsafe condition cannot occur. The Lazer Safe PCSS controller monitors machine movement, pedals, emergency stops, laser guards, light curtains, reset buttons and contactors. Dual solid-state outputs are used for the activation of all solenoids to ensure maximum safety, delay-free valve sequence and unparalleled component life.
